Welcome to Emily’s Cut. A small and basic, family run campsite available for “exclusive use” group bookings.
If you’re looking for somewhere secluded and private for your group break or event, Emily’s cut is the perfect answer. We rent the site out to just one booking at a time – so once its booked the space is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Perfect for enthusiast groups, sports clubs, DofE - Duke of Edinburgh's Awards, team building or family breaks.
Located in the heart of rural Leicestershire the site comprises around 2 acres of grassland with mature 6m high hedgerows on all boundaries offering you complete privacy in all aspects.
There’s space for up to 20 pitches (tents / caravans and motorhomes all welcome) and 20 cars without overcrowding and hundreds of trees for hammock camping.
Amenities are basic with a cold water supply, an outdoor cold shower and two regularly serviced "portaloo" chemical WC’s.
Dogs are welcome (please clear up after them) and the site is fully fenced in.
There’s a large communal fire pit so you can enjoy a good camp fire.
The Rose and Crown pub and the Local village stores are situated just 14 minutes walk away in Tilton on the Hill and can also be accessed via a footpath running along the side of the site.
Once you are on site its exclusively yours, however you are responsible for supervising your fellow campers, ensuring things are left clean and tidy and that your group doesn't cause a disturbance to the local community.
